DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

We ship majority of our in-stock orders within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. This does not include weekends or public holidays - should you place an order on any of these days your items will be shipped on the next business day.

Our Handmade with Love Collection will be excluded from these dispatch times (see below for more information)

HANDMADE WITH LOVE

Our Handmade with Love products are made right here in Melbourne, Victoria. As such, majority of these items will be made to order.

Please allow up to 5-7 days for your products to be made, which will then be dispatched to you on the next business day.

Any additional items purchased with any Handmade with Love products will be held from dispatch until all items are ready and available to be shipped. If you would like them shipped separately you will need to make two separate purchases.

Should you require your items sooner please contact us before making your purchase, as we cannot guarantee to have them to you in time once your purchase is made.

PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally we will release stock prior to the items being received by us.

Items available for pre-order will be made known in the title of each individual product.

Information regarding each pre-order collection (when stock is expected to be received by us) will be listed at the top of the Collection page. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and we will endeavour to have your items posted out as soon as possible.

If you have purchased any non pre-order items along with your pre-order items, these will all be held and posted out once the pre-order is available for shipment. Should you require any items sooner we suggest you make two purchases.

SHIPPING

Our standard flat rate shipping cost is $10. Standard free shipping is available for all purchases over $100.

Big and bulky items are excluded from these shipping prices, and will be charged based on the size and weight of the items purchased. Any items that are classified as big and bulky will have this stated on their information page.

At the moment we only ship within Australia, but we will look to ship worldwide soon!

CLICK AND COLLECT

If you are located in the western suburbs of Melbourne (Victoria) you are now able to select Click and Collect as your method of delivery.

Items can be collected from Hoppers Crossing on Mondays and Fridays (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been fulfilled we will contact you to provide you with the pickup address and schedule a time to collect your items.
